PDF & Documents Toolbox is a free web service offered as a progressive web app (PWA).

This service is hosted in a fully static way. No personal data is collected, stored or processed on a server.

Core commitment

No file is ever sent to a server. All processing happens locally in your web browser. Your documents never leave your device.

Data processed

• PDF documents and images loaded temporarily into your device's random access memory (RAM) to be processed by client-side JavaScript libraries.
• No persistence files are automatically removed from memory when you close the tab, reload the page or click "Close" in the preview.
• No collection we do not collect, store or transmit any file, metadata or document content.

Cookies & trackers

This site does not use any tracking cookies, spy pixels or third-party analytics service (Google Analytics, etc.). Only technical session cookies may be used by the Next.js framework for the application to work.

Hosting

The site is served as static files. No server-side processing is performed on your documents. Processing libraries (pdf-lib, pdfjs-dist, jspdf) run entirely in your browser.

Purpose of the service

PDF & Documents Toolbox provides utilities for manipulating PDF documents and images, executed exclusively client-side in the user's browser.

User responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the documents you process with this tool.
• This service is provided for information purposes. We recommend keeping a backup copy of your original documents before any modification.
• The user agrees not to use the service for illegal activities (counterfeiting, fraud, copyright infringement, etc.).

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The publisher cannot be held liable for any data loss, document alteration or processing errors. The user is invited to verify their documents before use.

Intellectual property

The source code, design and visual identity of this site are the property of the publisher. Third-party libraries used (pdf-lib, pdfjs-dist, jspdf, shadcn/ui, etc.) are subject to their respective open-source licenses.
